I would like to imagine that this forum can contain any feelings that anyone needs to express around the challenges of grief, loss, and change. It is often said that spirit recognizes the full spectrum of rage filled expressions in the face of grief because we are often "out of our minds" at this time. Without the space to give voice to our thoughts and feelings, we can not have them reflected back to us. My prayer is that we are able to be a clear reflection.
